How do I redeem my ThredUp Gift Card?
ThredUp Gift Cards can be redeemed in the United States only for authorized goods at www.thredup.com.
You can use up to 3 gift cards per order, and if further payment is due you'll be able to add your credit/debit card or PayPal information. Please note that gift cards cannot be combined with Afterpay purchases.
How can I check my Gift Card balance?

How can I request a refund for my Gift Card if it has a low balance?
Where required by law, remaining balances on cards may be subject to a refund. If your ThredUp Gift Card has a verifiable balance of $10 or less, please contact thredup@giftcardassistance.com to request a refund.

Can my gift card be recycled?
Your ThredUp gift card(s) is made from 30% PCW recycled content, sourced from sustainable paper and is plastic-free. The card(s) can be recycled in many different communities with mixed paper waste.
Can I ship my gift card to a Canadian address?
At this time, ThredUp Gift Cards can only be mailed to US addresses and are only in USD.
