What if I don’t receive my $5 thrifting credit on 5/17?

Does the $5 thrifting credit expire?

Credits from the Mother’s Day gift card promotion expire on 6/30/24.

Any limitations with using the $5 thrifting credit? 

The credit can only be used at thredup.com and cannot be used on previous purchases and Rescues. It cannot be used towards purchasing gift cards.

If I purchased 2 ThredUp gift cards, will I receive 2-$5 credits?

Yes, you will receive a $5 credit for each gift card purchased online at ThredUp.com.

What if I did not use the email associated with my ThredUp account? Can I still receive my credit?
